It was a business hotel so what I expcted. The room was not that big but I loved the big bed we had. I was travelling with 2 children so I chouse the room with one single bed and one double size bed. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I just wish there was more than one coin laundry!

The staff were nice and very accommodating. it's near convenience stores and the subway station. you get a feel of how the locals live. the fresh sheets and towels and bathrobe were nice. the decor may need to be upgraded.

The location was great. It's like at the center of everything. It was close to the airport too so eventhough our flight was early, we didn't have to leave extra early or camp out the airport.

The rooms were clean, and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown , also reasonable price. We stay here for 2 night and after that, we visit another city, staff is very nice and allow us to leave the big pieces of luggage

I had a wonderful experience at the. Every staff member I encountered, staff was delightful and eager to help! We stay here and move to visit other cities. When we back to stay again, the hotel staff bring our heavy luggages to keep in our room.... Thank you! Will recommend to my friends!

Clean and big room. Excellent staff very helpful. Good to have a laundry downstairs too.
